Police Director

Director Wilson, a highly-decorated TPD veteran, has 26 years of experience working as an officer and supervisor for the Capital City of Trenton. After retiring in 2020, Wilson was called on to be the Acting Director in June, 2021, prior to being confirmed as the full time Police Director. Wilson is well respected throughout the community and the department for his tireless efforts to better the City, its quality of life issues and safety concerns. Wilson was most recently lauded in June 2019 with a departmental merit honor for his on-scene leadership in June 2018 at the mass shooting at the Art All Night festival in the city.
